Main Feature:

1.Diamond saw blade is a cutting tool, widely used in concrete, fire-tolerance materials, stone, ceramic and other hard materials processing and cutting. 

2.Diamond saw blade is mainly composed of two parts; Matrix and tool head. The matrix is the main support part to bond tool head.Main function of the head is cutting procedure. the head will be in use and constantly consumed but the matrix will not.

3.Continuous serrated diamond saw blade is generally made by sintering method and quicker in cutting speed. As it contains diamond,which is the hardest material and encased inside the head, the head will rub cutting object in the process with strong strength. 

4.When the concentration of diamond changes from low to high, the sharpness and sawing efficiency of saw blade will decrease gradually, and the service life of saw blade will be extended gradually. However, when the concentration is too high, the saw blade will become blunt. With low concentration, efficiency is improved. Therefore, in the manufacturing process of diamond saw blade, according to different cutting objects and machines, reasonable control of diamond concentration, so as to make full use of diamond in the process of using.
