Cutting blade is made of abrasive and binder resin.Resin cutting piece is using resin as the binder, glass fiber mesh as the bones and combined with a variety of materials, and processed by cold pressed into one mould.This disc is thicker as to 6mm.The main use of this kind Disc is to grind or polish steel. As to the thickness, after installing the disc to the angle grinder, the speed should be controlled to keep in safe way.

In the process of using this disc, we should pay attention:

1.Disconnect the power cord plug when installing or removing the saw blade to avoid any damage to our body.

2.Make sure that the diameter of the inner hole of the cutting blade is consistent with the diameter of the rotating shaft of the machine, the inner diameter of the saw blade can not be changed privately or the cutting disc may be broken or cracked,which is very dangerous.

3.When using, polishing or grinding should be processed only in straight line or right Angle cutting.Bending disc may cause the saw blade broken. Pay attention to the temperature of the saw blade, if it is overheated, cool it to normal temperature,then restart the machine.

4.Safety helmet, protective glasses, overalls, gloves, etc. must be worn during operation to keep worker in safe environment.
